At Christ Catalogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Include original tags and packaging (if applicable)
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged through normal wear or improper use
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within a short period after purchase before fulfillment begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
